At IELSM, we continue building bridges that connect education, innovation, and leadership on an international scale.
On this occasion, we had the honor of welcoming a distinguished delegation from the State of Chihuahua, Mexico, to the Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSP), as part of our ongoing commitment to the internationalization of higher education and collaboration with global innovation ecosystems.
The delegation included Luisa Yolanda Quiñones Montenegro, Rector of the Technological University of Chihuahua Sur; Jaime Luciano Fernández Chávez, General Director of Liaison at the Ministry of Innovation and Economic Development of the State of Chihuahua; and Francisco Turati, Director of the Institute of Technology and Innovation of the State of Chihuahua.

This meeting represents much more than an institutional visit. It marks an important step in strengthening strategic relations between IELSM and the academic and innovation ecosystem of the State of Chihuahua, a region with strong potential for the development of international entrepreneurship.
During the meeting, opportunities for collaboration were discussed, aimed at enhancing academic exchange, university–industry engagement, and the development of joint initiatives that create meaningful impact for students, faculty, and innovation ecosystems in both contexts.

At IELSM, we believe that the future of higher education is built through international networks that transform knowledge into action. The connection with Chihuahua reinforces this vision and opens new pathways for collaborative projects in key areas such as entrepreneurship, innovation, and digital transformation.
We continue to move forward in consolidating a global network committed to generating real impact in the education of leaders capable of responding to the challenges of an ever-evolving international environment.
